4. Delivery to Identified Person Only
For security purposes and to ensure your valuable jewellery reaches the right hands, we follow strict identity verification protocols:
- Recipient must present a valid PAN Card or government-issued ID proof at the time of delivery
- Identity will be verified by the courier agent in compliance with BVC Courier Policy
- ID details will be recorded for secure delivery documentation
- Orders can only be handed over to the identified recipient
⚠️ Important Note: Cooperation with the ID verification process is mandatory for receiving the order. Please ensure the recipient is available with valid ID proof at the delivery address.
5. Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your order status:
- Tracking details are sent via SMS and email once shipped
- Track your order anytime via Dashboard → My Orders
- Real-time tracking updates from our courier partner
- Delivery confirmation notification upon successful delivery
6. Delivery Address Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide complete address with landmark and PIN code
- Include an active mobile number for delivery coordination
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- For apartments/gated communities, include building/tower name
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- You will be contacted before each re-attempt
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our facility
- Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to failed delivery
