7-Day Return & Cashback Policy

Complimentary return shipping is available for all products eligible under the 7-Day Return/Cashback policy. For all other returns, exchanges, or cashback requests, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Quality Check Required: Returned products will undergo a Quality Assurance check. Items showing signs of wear, resizing/alteration (by any jeweller other than HeeraHut), or damage cannot be accepted.

Products with any physical damage on Lab-Grown Diamonds will not qualify for returns/cashback. The final return/cashback amount will be determined after inspection by our team.

  • If any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Code was used during purchase, the cashback will be reduced by the equivalent discount amount
  • GST at 3% will be deducted from the cashback value as applicable
  • Cashback payments will be made via Account Payee Cheque/Bank Transfer in the same name as on the invoice
  • Payment processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product (subject to quality approval)
  • HeeraHut reserves the right to revise cashback/exchange value after inspection

Lifetime Exchange Policy

At HeeraHut, we believe in lifelong relationships. That's why we offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all our jewelry.

  • Customers may exchange products at any time - there's no expiry
  • The difference between the new product price and the exchange valuation must be paid before dispatch
  • Exchange is available for any product in our current collection

Important: If the product was purchased at a discounted/promotional price, the exchange/return will be valued at the invoice price only, not the original MRP.

Order Cancellations

We understand plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • Orders cancelled after production has started but before shipping will incur a 20% restocking fee
  • Once an item has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible for full refund eligibility
