How do I join HeeraHut as a member?
You can join HeeraHut by clicking the "Register" button and filling out the registration form. You'll need a sponsor ID (referral code) from an existing member. The activation fee starts at ₹5,000, which opens 4 levels of income for you.
What is the income structure?
HeeraHut offers a 12-level deep income structure. Level 1: 9%, Level 2: 6%, Level 3: 4%, Level 4: 3%, and so on. You also earn rank rewards, monthly bonuses, and special incentives as you grow your team.
When do I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed every week (Monday). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹1,000. Funds are directly transferred to your registered bank account. 5% TDS + 2% processing fee (max ₹1,000) is deducted as per government regulations.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all our diamonds come with IGI (International Gemological Institute) or SGL (Surat Gem Laboratory) certification. Each certificate includes details about the diamond's 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
